Water is a symbol of transformation and renewal. This body of work explores this symbol as well as its personal connection to me. Water can take many bodies and my physical relationship to water is visualized in these works. Water is a place where I have always gone to relax, staring at the surface of the water is therapeutic to me. Water takes many forms; it can flow, burst, wind, turn, wear, rush, and be still. These works are spontaneous and reflect that way that my body interacts with water. They are also a reflection of the transformative symbol of water in my own practice.
